Sennett students begin a new publication dedicated to the Sennett student community.
The Sennett Star is the online student newspaper publication created and maintained by The Sennett Star/MSCR students at Sennett Middle School. The Star also hopes to provide the video morning announcements for the school each week, which will be accessible through the main home page of The Star’s news site.
The Sennett Star is a student-run publication designed to empower students to explore the field of media storytelling, reporting on the many things students and staff are doing that many may not be aware of. Students are also provided a variety of opportunities to develop original works for the Sennett community in an online format.
Our purpose is to inform the Sennett community about school, local, state, national, and global news of interest to Sennett’s student body. Our staff works hard to write about current issues and interesting ideas. New articles are posted every week.
